The authority's seven tabs describe 361 total inventory units, not vacant apartments: five are labelled Barre City, one Graniteville and one East Barre. The East Barre subset has 1 named property: Avery Apartments (170 Mill Street, East Barre; 15 described units). Graniteville and East Barre are the source's locality labels; these sites are not silently placed in Barre City. The tab's estimated waits have no published update date, so call BHA to confirm rather than assuming availability. BHA's http://www.barrehousingauthority.com/waitingList.aspx encourages applications but explicitly says it does NOT offer site-based waiting lists; waits differ by apartment type and quoted months on the property tabs are unverified current estimates. The same page says tenant rent is based on 30% of adjusted monthly income.
