It is NOT a list of properties all owned by YHRC. The first seven pages mix non-subsidized private apartments, houses, managers, and nearby towns; pages 8–11 name subsidized and income-based housing, assisted living and a few Nebraska sites; page 12 lists short stays. All entries are dated leads, not live vacancy or felony-approval claims. Call each operator to verify terms. A no-street or multi-building record is intentionally not pinned to a single map location. Yankton Housing & Redevelopment Commission (YHRC) provides tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher assistance, not a rental building. Its current city application page https://www.cityofyankton.org/departments-services/housing-redevelopment/applications describes a jurisdiction of Yankton County, Lake Andes city limits, Bon Homme, Gregory and Tripp counties. Its Neu Properties entry also lists 2500, 2502, 2504 & 2506 Douglas Ave (24 one-/two-bedroom units), conflicting about total unit count and possible portfolio overlap. Do not count the same Douglas Avenue buildings twice or pin this multi-building range to one entrance until the operators reconcile it. Fox Run Townhomes — 900 W 25th St; 605-665-9876.
