East Park and Piney Oaks are multi-street split-site groups; Bays Pugh is street-only. The South Vance page lists 212 and 214 South Vance Drive collectively but does not identify which building corresponds to Vance or FMRS, so neither is pinned. Beckwoods has an explicitly published property address that is also the authority's office address. No housing total on these pages is a vacancy count. BHA's https://www.beckleyha.com/public-housing says its public-housing waiting list is open for two-, three- and four-bedroom units; it does not say one-bedroom intake is open. Its https://www.beckleyha.com/how-to-apply says the separate MOD Rehab list is open and Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 list is closed. Apply through https://app.beckleyha.com/apply/ApplIntro.aspx or ask BHA at 304-256-1772; its 100 Beckwoods Drive office address is also listed as the Beckwoods property location, not a substitute address for every development. The application page says BHA reviews rental and criminal history at the later interview stage; it gives no blanket felony-acceptance guarantee.
