FMHA PROPERTY AND HOUSING NAVIGATOR GUIDE — Fairmont–Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) property pages reviewed September 30, 2026: https://www.fmhousing.com/project_based_vouchers.php, https://www.fmhousing.com/public_housing.php and https://www.fmhousing.com/faq_-_public_housing.php. Three named project-based apartment communities appear on the authority's site: Gaston Avenue and Miller School in Fairmont, and Seneca Village in Morgantown. FMHA also describes 136 Fairmont public-housing apartments across seven developments, but its FAQ gives only street names, not seven individually identified residential sites. Reviewed September 30, 2026. A property page or open project-based voucher waiting list is not a currently vacant rental. FMHA does not publish a residential street number for these named sites on the reviewed pages; no office is used as a map pin. Rents, vacancies, move-in dates and property-specific conviction decisions are not verified. FMHA's public-housing FAQ (https://www.fmhousing.com/faq_-_public_housing.php) says it performs criminal, credit, sex-offender and landlord checks; it does not establish approval for applicants with convictions at these separately managed properties. Confirm current eligibility and written screening with the manager before applying. Rental search: FMHA's Housing Navigator (https://www.fmhousing.com/visitors/housing_navigator.php) says it maintains a real-time rental-property database covering Marion, Monongalia, Preston and Taylor counties, with filters including voucher participation, pets and accessibility. The database is not shown on the public page. For current houses or available units, call 304-363-0860 ext. 116 and ask the navigator; no individual houses from that private database are claimed here. 103 12th Street, Fairmont and 430 Spruce Street, 2nd Floor, Morgantown are agency application offices, not residence addresses.
