FWHS FIVE-PAGE PROPERTY DIRECTORY REVIEW — FWHS https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/our-properties/, reviewed September 29, 2026, has 52 distinct property cards across five paginated pages: 46 say Fort Worth, and six cards give Haslet, Euless, Burleson, Everman or Roanoke instead. The Fort Worth subset has 46 cards: Alton Park; Aventine Apartments; Bottle House on Main; Cambridge Court Apartments; Campus Apartments; Candletree Apartments; Carlyle Crossing Apartments; Casa de Esperanza; Casa De Los Suenos; Chaparral Homes; Cowan Place; Crestwood Apartments; Fair Oaks Apartments; Fair Park Apartments; HomeTowne at Matador Ranch; Hughes House; Hunter Plaza Apartments; Inspire Homes at Bonds Ranch; Jefferson Ederville; Jefferson Elara; Jennings Place Apartments; Knights of Pythias; Overton Park Townhomes; Palladium Fort Worth; Patriot Pointe; Prince Hall Gardens; Ramble & Rose; Sabine Place Apartments; Sedona Village; Siddons Place; Silversage Point at Western Center; Skyline Prairie Homes; Stallion Pointe; Standard at Boswell; Standard River District; The Franklin at Samuels; The Henderson; The Holston; The Huntley; The Pavilion at Samuels; The Springs; Villas by the Park; Villas of Eastwood Terrace; Villas on the Hill; Wind River; Woodmont Apartments. They were placed under the city actually printed on each card, not silently assigned to Fort Worth. The site has a six-property Senior Housing filter and a Multi-Family filter; a senior label alone does not specify an age threshold. FWHS https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/ calls its full portfolio 52 mixed-income properties with 10,015 total units including scattered sites. It does not give those unit counts, available apartments, rent or bedroom mixes for these individual cards. https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/housing-assistance-options/ says some communities mix affordable and market-rate homes, RAD units may become available and applicants should ask the property about its waitlist; FWHS transitioned out of traditional public housing. Do not assume every card is public housing, RAD, PBV, a currently open application or accepting a particular conviction. Individual cards provide phones and links for current site-specific terms. Two “Website” buttons point to Apartments.com rather than an operator. Address caution: Jefferson Ederville's card says 76112, but its map and property website say 76120 for the same 8157 Ederville Road street; that record is unpinned and has no asserted ZIP. The Crawford card and manager place it in Euless despite the FWHS map calling it Fort Worth.
