FWHS FIVE-PAGE PROPERTY DIRECTORY REVIEW — FWHS https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/our-properties/, reviewed September 29, 2026, has 52 distinct property cards across five paginated pages: 46 say Fort Worth, and six cards give Haslet, Euless, Burleson, Everman or Roanoke instead. The Burleson subset has 1 card: Reserve at McAlister. They were placed under the city actually printed on each card, not silently assigned to Fort Worth. The site has a six-property Senior Housing filter and a Multi-Family filter; a senior label alone does not specify an age threshold. FWHS https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/ calls its full portfolio 52 mixed-income properties with 10,015 total units including scattered sites. It does not give those unit counts, available apartments, rent or bedroom mixes for these individual cards. https://fwhs.org/housing-programs/housing-assistance-options/ says some communities mix affordable and market-rate homes, RAD units may become available and applicants should ask the property about its waitlist; FWHS transitioned out of traditional public housing. Do not assume every card is public housing, RAD, PBV, a currently open application or accepting a particular conviction. Individual cards provide phones and links for current site-specific terms. Two “Website” buttons point to Apartments.com rather than an operator.
