PCHA's August 11, 2025 amendment (https://provohousing.org/pdf/PCHAFive-Year-Plan-Signficant-Amendment.pdf) is a proposal for changes to its 248 public-housing units: 78 at Valley Villa, 30 at Mt. View and 140 across scattered sites A–S. Its detailed tables identify 18 named buildings/groups totaling 240 units, including possible alternate-sale groups P and R. Three other groups, E (four units), G (two) and O (two), occur only in possible Section 18 disposition and Section 32 homeownership tables here; this source supplies no address or bedroom mix for them, so they are not invented as mappable apartment listings. The source also describes 26 physical public-housing sites (https://provohousing.org/programs/public-housing); its A–S groups are not the same as 26 individual addresses. The plan's June 18, 2026 date is an estimate, not a current vacancy or confirmation of a completed conversion. PCHA's later public update (https://provohousing.org/) says it submitted a RAD application for 228 units in October 2025 and received an initial HUD commitment in January 2026. That is a different scope from the amendment's 248-unit inventory and up-to-240-unit conversion analysis, not proof that all 240 converted. The 2025 plan lists P and R as possible PBV sites AND possible disposition/homeownership sites; S has a detailed conversion table but is absent from the later potential PBV contract table. The six-unit Site C has bedroom cells that show zero in the accessible text and cannot be reconciled with its total. Ask PCHA to clarify each group's latest route, addresses and bedroom mix before treating the planning tables as a current inventory. PCHA's current application page (https://provohousing.org/apply) says it is accepting applications for housing assistance, with separate public-housing and housing-choice-voucher waiting lists and a single general application. It does not establish that a proposed site-specific PBV list or an individual apartment is open. It says eligibility is checked at the top of the list, adults require criminal background checks, registered sex offenders are ineligible, and applicants for owned housing require credit and rental-history checks. It gives a Provo residence/work preference but no guaranteed approval for a particular conviction. The public-housing page (https://provohousing.org/programs/public-housing) gives agency contact 801-900-5676 and describes existing public-housing rent as income-based; that formula is not a quote for any future PBV unit.
