The Hurricane entries are Renee Ann Apartments, Hurricane Apts., Stone Ridge Townhomes, Hurricane Hills. The authority office and its Section 8 vouchers are a resource, not an extra apartment property. Every unit must be applied to individually. “Calculated Rents @ 30% of Income,” “Base Rents then Calculated to Income Brackets” and “Affordable Rentals” are different headings; a headline is not a current unit price. Separately, its public-housing page (https://stgeorgehousingauthority.org/public-housing.html) says it owns and manages Dixie Sun Manor, a 30-unit age-62-and-older site, and that this property's waitlist is open with no known wait time. Its address is 975 N 1725 W; #101 is also the authority office. The voucher page's criminal-history and landlord-reference criteria govern that program, not automatically the independently managed rentals or Dixie Sun Manor. Ask each property how it screens applicants and what subsidy or age rules apply; no applicant is preapproved. The directory lists Hurricane Hills twice at the same phone and 2000 W 200 S, first as an affordable rental and then as a 50-unit senior-62+ rental. Its operator (http://hurricanehillsutah.com/about) instead calls it an affordable FAMILY tax-credit project, says it is not subsidized and gives 2002 W 200 S as its office. Do not infer a senior restriction, direct subsidy or one verified residence address until the manager resolves the discrepancy. Desert Rose's directory ZIP is 94790, which conflicts with other public references for that St. George address, so its structured ZIP remains unset. The authority places a “Not available for Section 8 voucher holders” note immediately after Water Canyon Apartments; check its scope with that manager rather than applying it to the full list. These conflicts and the unusual Riverwalk Village phone require direct confirmation.
