FARMINGTON HOUSING NM NINE DEDUPLICATED RENTAL LEADS — FARMINGTON. https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington lists THREE Farmington properties: Apple Ridge, Northgate and San Juan. All three also occur in the NINE-entry https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington; deduplicate to NINE leads, not twelve. The affordable list additionally gives Drexel House, Eaton Village, La Terraza, Ladera Village, McCormick School Road, and Mesa Village. https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing independently identifies Apple Ridge, Northgate (as Northgate Village) and San Juan as subsidized, and Eaton Village Park, La Terraza, Ladera and Mesa Village as LIHTC. Its La Terraza STREET NUMBER (600 Cannery Court) conflicts with Housing NM's 900; its Mesa Village PHONE conflicts too. A directory listing does not identify a building as owned by the county authority, prove a vacant apartment, or verify any person's criminal-history eligibility. 1. Apple Ridge Apartments (BOTH directories, one property) — 1600 Cliffside Drive, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-327-0151. The same address and phone appear in BOTH Housing NM directories, and https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing separately calls this subsidized housing. One property, not two. No verified unit count, rent, vacancy or owner affiliation is given. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington and https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 2. Drexel House (affordable list only) — 115 West Broadway, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-325-3734. The affordable directory gives this name, address and phone, but does not say whether it offers conventional self-contained apartments, supportive housing or some other residence. No independent property-level intake, unit count, restrictions or current openings were confirmed; ask the listed contact before relying on it. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 3. Eaton Village (affordable list only) — 2550 E 16th St, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-327-5720. https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing calls this same-address/same-phone property “Eaton Village Park” and labels it LIHTC; Housing NM calls it “Eaton Village.” These are not two additive properties. Confirm current income bands, rates and vacancies with its operator. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 4. La Terraza Apartments (affordable list only) — Housing NM: 900 Cannery Court; City of Farmington: 600 Cannery Court; Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-324-6201. https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington prints 900 Cannery Court, while the https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing LIHTC table prints 600 Cannery Court for the SAME property and SAME phone. The property's https://newlifehomesnm.org/la-terraza/ operator page says it opened in 2011 with 72 two- and three-bedroom apartments in partnership with Bethel Development and confirms 505-324-6201, but does not print a street number. Do not choose one entrance or map it until the operator confirms the correct address. Its published 72-unit inventory is NOT a vacancy count. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 5. Ladera Village Apartments (affordable list only) — 3500 Butler Ave, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-326-1687. https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing independently lists this same-address/same-phone property as LIHTC housing. The city and Housing NM do not establish an open unit, site-specific income limit or approval for any particular record. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 6. McCormick School Road (affordable list only) — 924 McCormick School Rd, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-327-4837. Housing NM labels this entry by STREET NAME rather than a named apartment community. The list gives no owner, number of units, screening terms or evidence of available individual apartments. Contact the directory number to establish what units and program are actually offered here. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 7. Mesa Village Apartments (affordable list only) — 1750 E Elm St, Farmington, NM 87401. https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington gives phone 505-330-4886, while https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing calls the same-address property “Mesa Village,” labels it LIHTC and gives 505-564-2570. Neither phone is independently confirmed as current; both are leads to check directly, not a verified leasing contact. No unit count or vacancy is established. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 8. Northgate Apartments (BOTH directories, one property) — 2500 W Apache St, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-327-4197. https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing calls the same-address/same-phone property “Northgate Village” and labels it subsidized; BOTH Housing NM directories call it Northgate Apartments. These are aliases for one location, not three separate records. No current apartment opening is established. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington and https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington 9. San Juan Apartments (BOTH directories, one property) — 2614 E 20th St, Farmington, NM 87401; directory phone 505-325-8590. https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington and https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington list the same street and phone, with the affordable list adding “(107)” to the NAME; this parenthetical is not a documented unit count. https://farmingtonnm.gov/1206/Affordable-Housing separately calls it subsidized. https://www.sanjuanapts505.com/ advertises one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans (approximately 456, 864 and 1,150 square feet), an on-site laundry and playground, and says prices/availability change; its website does not prove an open unit or that every floor plan is eligible for the same subsidy. Check the operator before relying on the directory's 505-325-8590 number. Source https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington and https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington Authority and applications: https://www.sjcounty.net/government/housing-authority is the official San Juan COUNTY Housing Authority page, based at 7450 E Main St, Suite C, Farmington, NM 87402, 505-334-4544. This is its OFFICE, not a residential apartment address. The authority describes its Housing Choice Voucher program: applicants select a landlord's unit, which the authority must approve; a voucher is NOT proof that the nine Housing NM properties are county-owned or that they take applications directly through the authority. The county FAQ says it receives INITIAL rental-assistance applications on Mondays and Wednesdays 8 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m. at its office or by mail, and that forms can be obtained there or online. It does not publish a current site-by-site vacancy roster or an explicit dated open/closed notice for every waiting list: confirm current intake with 505-334-4544 before traveling or mailing. It lists household definition, HUD income limits, eligible citizenship/immigration documentation, and an at-least-three-year exclusion after eviction from public housing or Section 8 for drug-related criminal activity as factors in its VOUCHER eligibility; its plan handles other denial procedures. That rule must NOT be presented as every independent property's criminal-screening policy. Screening and source limitations: https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/subsidized-rental-properties#Farmington describes tenant-paid portions of rent for subsidized units, while https://survey.housingnm.org/renters/affordable-rental-properties#Farmington includes separately income-restricted properties; actual rents, unit sizes, income caps and lease eligibility vary by site. Housing NM says providers may consider household composition, credit, rental and background history and may have additional property-specific criteria. Its subsidized-property guidance says application/screening fees are prohibited for properties covered by that guidance; do not generalize that claim to all affordable-only listings. Ask each operator for current prices, openings, intake and written screening criteria. Reviewed September 29, 2026.
