These are directory claims reviewed September 29, 2026, not confirmation of an available income-restricted unit. Ask the manager for current rent, application and written criminal-history criteria. New Castle County says renting these units is a two-part process: its application checks income qualification and each landlord's own application considers credit and other criteria; the landlord approves the tenant. Contact the landlord directly for its requirements and actual availability. The county says rents may change. Neither the county list nor the manager links establish conviction-screening approval.
