The Housing Authority of Maricopa County names John Hollar Gardens and Baden Homes in Tolleson. These are managed-property leads, not a list of confirmed vacancies.
HAMC's 2025 Tenant Selection Plan includes both as project-based rental assistance (PBRA) properties. It gives John Hollar Gardens a numbered Baden Street address; its current property contact page instead shows an intersection near 93rd Avenue and Roosevelt. Baden Homes has a consistent 1003 N. 93rd Avenue address in the plan and property page. Confirm any exact unit location with the manager.
HAMC's 2025 Tenant Selection Plan includes background screening and denial criteria for covered PBRA properties. Ask for the current written criteria; the existence of a managed property is not evidence that a conviction will be accepted.
