The hardest part of renting with a record is not knowing which properties will actually review your application fairly. Real, recent experiences from other renters — approvals, denials, and conditional approvals — are the most useful information anyone can share. Every report helps someone else avoid a wasted application fee.
Every submission is reviewed by a human before anything is published — nothing goes live automatically. Published information is always anonymized. We never display names, emails, or anything that could identify you. Reports describe individual experiences at a point in time; they are not statements about a property's current policy, and approval is never guaranteed.
