Local housing resources
NYCHA's Developments page (https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/about/developments.page) describes 335 public-housing and PACT developments across all five NYC boroughs. The January 1, 2026 conventional development guide (https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nycha/downloads/pdf/maps-guides/development-guide.pdf) and preliminary PACT property directory (https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nycha/downloads/pdf/maps-guides/rad-pact-guide.pdf) identify 219 conventional and 116 transferred PACT development records. This page has one source-attributed, unverified group lead per development, not one available apartment per building or street entrance. The conventional address guide (https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nycha/downloads/pdf/maps-guides/development-guide.pdf) labels M as “Residential Mailing Address”; its other addresses include management and non-residential facilities. The PACT guide (https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nycha/downloads/pdf/maps-guides/rad-pact-guide.pdf) also labels mailing addresses and documents total units and transfer dates. Some groups span many addresses; no one directory address is assigned as a verified single residence on our cards. The 2026 Development Data Book (https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nycha/downloads/pdf/ddb/2026ddb.pdf) provides additional portfolio and development data, including counts, demographics, boundaries, and program types. Portfolio units, resident rents, and historical completion figures are not advertised vacant-unit rents or current listings. The landing page's interactive map links to development facilities, photographs, and nearby public services, but those are not consistent property-level application or screening rules. Check NYCHA's current application information directly. NYC HPD and Housing Connect are separate city programs; the supplied NYCHA page is not an HPD affordable-housing inventory. No record here represents an HPD vacancy or a confirmed criminal-history acceptance.
