ROCHESTER RHA NINE SOURCE HOUSING ENTRIES — https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs displays FOUR Public Housing captions (Wellsweep 76, Wyandotte 72, Gonic 12, Magic Avenue 12: 172 listed public-housing units), FOUR LIHTC captions (Linscott, Emerson, Marsh View and Nickless), and a SEPARATE four-unit Academy Street site managed for Strafford County Community Action. These are different housing/program types, not one additive public-housing inventory. The visible Magic Avenue and Marsh View captions are CUT OFF; no extra text or unit count is inferred. https://rhanh.org/ identifies 77 Olde Farm Lane as RHA's MAIN OFFICE, not an address for every Wellsweep residence. Reviewed September 29, 2026. RHA's named housing entries: 1. Wellsweep Acres [RHA low-rent public housing] — The Public Housing caption identifies 76 low-rent units on Olde Farm Lane, Rochester, for elderly and younger disabled households. It supplies no numbered residence or unit mix. RHA separately lists 77 Olde Farm Lane as its main OFFICE; do not pin the entire development to that office address. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 2. Wyandotte Falls [RHA low-rent public housing] — The Public Housing caption identifies 72 low-rent units on Bridge Street, Rochester, for elderly and younger disabled households. No numbered residential address, unit mix, individual vacancy, or numeric age threshold is provided. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 3. Gonic Public Housing [RHA low-rent public housing] — The Public Housing caption labels the Gonic/Felker Street community in Gonic, Rochester, as 12 low-rent units for elderly and younger disabled households. No development-specific name beyond “Gonic,” numbered residential address, unit mix, or numeric age threshold is provided. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 4. Magic Avenue Public Housing [RHA low-rent public housing] — The Public Housing caption says Magic Avenue, East Rochester, has 12 low-rent units, then cuts off mid-sentence after “low rent.” Do not infer that its eligibility, unit mix or utilities are identical to the preceding developments. No numbered residence or current vacancy is supplied. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 5. Linscott Court [RHA-listed LIHTC affordable housing] — At 20 Columbus Avenue, Rochester: 58 affordable units, renovated in 2007, comprising five one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments. Heat and hot water included; on-site laundry, community room, playground, smoke-free housing, on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Listed under LIHTC properties, not automatically the same public-housing waitlist. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 6. Emerson Court Apartments [RHA-listed LIHTC affordable housing] — At 31 Emerson Avenue, Rochester: built in 2002, with four accessible units and eight townhouse-style units. The page does not state whether those two groups overlap, so do not assert an unqualified 12-unit total. Heat and hot water included, storage and smoke-free housing. Listed under LIHTC properties; ask RHA about eligibility, rates, vacancies and application route. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 7. Marsh View Housing for the Elderly [RHA-listed LIHTC affordable housing] — The LIHTC section names Marsh View Housing for the Elderly at 194 Brock Street, Rochester. Its rendered caption stops after a single “B,” so the source available here does not establish its unit count, bedroom mix, qualifying age, utilities or intake rules. Confirm directly rather than inventing them. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 8. Arthur H. Nickless Jr. Housing for the Elderly [RHA-listed LIHTC affordable housing] — At 19 Glenwood Avenue, Rochester: built in 2016, 24 one-bedroom homes for residents age 62 or older. Laundry, community and sitting rooms, public Wi-Fi, smoke-free housing, storage, air conditioning and 24-hour emergency maintenance. RHA says 13 of its units have project-based vouchers administered by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority: the 13 are a subset of 24, not additional homes. Confirm eligibility and which application applies. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs 9. 22–24 Academy Street [RHA-managed housing for Strafford County Community Action Program] — Four two-bedroom apartments across the 22–24 Academy Street address range, managed by RHA for Strafford County Community Action Program for people experiencing homelessness. The source says applicants must apply through New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (https://www.nhhfa.org/), NOT through an assumed RHA public-housing queue. This is a multi-address range, not a single mapped entrance. Ask NHHFA about referral and eligibility. Source https://rhanh.org/properties-%2F-programs Applications and list status: https://rhanh.org/forms offers a fillable RHA housing application, which it says can be uploaded through a portal, delivered to its main office or faxed to 603-332-0039. https://rhanh.org/portals links the https://www.pha-web.com/portals/onlineApplication/1292 online application, waiting-list status lookup and applicant login. The public text extraction of the online portal shows blank list-name/status cells; these links DO NOT establish that a particular waitlist is open or that a unit is vacant on September 29, 2026. Confirm current intake separately for public housing, LIHTC and NHHFA-administered project-based/referral programs with RHA at 603-332-4126 or applications@rhanh.org. The Academy Street page directs applicants to NHHFA rather than an ordinary RHA property queue. Screening and eligibility: https://rhanh.org/forms links criminal-background release forms in its Public Housing and HCV sections; a release form is evidence of checks, NOT a written conviction-eligibility decision. No published property-specific conviction approval, disqualification lookback, rent quote or vacancy was established by these source pages. Obtain current written screening and program rules directly from the responsible manager. Elderly/younger-disabled labels do not establish a numeric age cutoff; only the Nickless caption explicitly says age 62+.
