Brookline Housing Authority (BHA) housing programs: https://www.brooklinehousing.org/programs.aspx. These are BHA's published descriptions, not confirmation of current vacancies, open applications, actual rent, criminal-history screening, or eligibility. Confirm current details with BHA. Manager and application offices are not residential addresses for every dwelling. STATE PUBLIC HOUSING High St. Veterans — BHA describes 177 family units with one to three bedrooms in three-story garden buildings on New Terrace Road, High and Chestnut Streets. Manager office: 220 High Street (rear), not the address of every residence. Egmont St. Veterans — 120 family units with one to three bedrooms in garden buildings on St. Paul, Egmont and Pleasant Streets. BHA additionally describes six wheelchair-accessible ranch-style units; whether included in 120 is unclear. Special-needs residences — BHA also names Kilgallon House, Connolly House and McCormick House, but this page gives no residential addresses, unit counts, or application instructions for them. They are source leads, not address-backed property records. OTHER PROGRAMS AND APPLICATION LEADS Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) support renting eligible private-sector housing; BHA administers the subsidy. This is a program, not a specific available apartment. BHA's page says the tenant pays at least 30% and at initial lease-up no more than 40% of adjusted income toward rent and utilities; confirm current requirements. Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program: BHA says it administers 41 project-based vouchers in total and identifies Pine Street Inn at 1045 Beacon St. This is not 41 available apartments at that address, and Pine Street Inn is not a BHA property listing. BHA's applicant page also names Village at Brookline, Village at Brookline Kent Street, Beacon Park, and one grouped 1550 Beacon & 100 Center Communities application. The programs page does not give corresponding residence descriptions; do not treat the application drop-off address as their residential address or split the grouped application into property records.
