There is a community space on the first floor of the building connecting the two towers which offers a TV and seating, making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for meetings with support staff and community activities. Additionally, there is an exercise room on the first floor at 2433 South 5th Avenue. Free community Wi-Fi is available in the lobby areas of each building. The Fifth Avenue Towers also has wonderful outdoor space featuring garden plots, picnic tables, and a grill.
