Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, and community activities. The Alice M. Geronsin Apartments also boasts wonderful outdoor space featuring a patio, swing, picnic tables and a grill. This space allows residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside. Formally known as the Sibley Triangle Apartments, the building was renamed to honor longtime resident and community advocate Alice Geronsin. Building residents led the effort to get the building renamed after Alice passed away in 2024, recognizing her unwavering dedication to improving the quality of life for her fellow residents.
