| Reported policy summary | FWHA describes 16 one-bedroom units, some public housing and some conventional, with Citilink Route 8 access. Its undated page says rent is $445/month; that figure is an unverified source claim, not a current quote for every program unit. The page does not specify an age threshold despite the community's name. Source: https://fwha.org/communities/southside-senior-villas/ (reviewed September 29, 2026). Current intake, rent, household eligibility and criminal-history screening approval have not been verified; contact FWHA for written guidance. |
