Reported Screening Details

Reported policy summary	SICHA lists eight three-bedroom, three four-bedroom, and one five-bedroom home at scattered sites in Caldwell. Its sheet gives 1,050 square feet for a three-bedroom duplex, 1,150 for a three-bedroom single-family home, 1,200 for a four-bedroom and 1,470 for a five-bedroom. There is no single building address: this is a group-level record and should not be mapped to the Middleton office or a guessed Caldwell street. The project sheet lists construction year 1994 and SICHA acquisition year 1994. SICHA's https://sicha.org/Public/HousingAuthorityRentals/ says it accepts applications for all 18 regional projects; this is not proof of an available unit or an immediate placement. The relevant application is https://sicha.org/Resources/Docs/ApplicationPublicHousing.pdf. SICHA also links an online application portal: https://portal-sicha.securecafe.com/onlineleasing/southwestern-idaho-cooperative-housing-authority/guestlogin.aspx?. The application materials permit eligibility checks that include criminal activity, but do not publish a blanket felony-acceptance policy. Confirm screening, availability and the correct application route with SICHA before applying.
