Reported policy summary	HHA's September 2024 snow-removal site list identifies Tracy Drive with these site references: 2451, 2452, 2453, 2454, 2456, 2457, 2458, 2459 and 2460 Tracy. This is a multi-address group or an incomplete street reference, not one verified geocodable residential address. This older maintenance list alone does not establish a unit count, bedroom layouts or this site's current subsidy category. HHA's general public-housing page says income and household criteria, criminal-background and reference checks apply to public-housing applicants; confirm whether this specific site still follows that program after the authority's announced 2026 repositioning. A snow-removal site is not evidence of a current vacancy, an open waitlist or approval for a particular criminal history. Ask HHA at 406-442-7970 about current residential locations, rent, applications and screening.
