No income limitations, market-based monthly rent: Studio $1,202, One-bedroom $1,336; One-bedroom with extra space $1,350; Two-bedroom $1,753. Tenant pays electricity, internet, and telephone. Electric heat and hot water, full kitchen, accessible units/building, elevator, secured entry, Direct TV included. Section 8/rental vouchers accepted. Parking permit $50/month. Strictly smoke and drug-free building.
The 67-unit senior building address is verified by its separate January 2026 Fireweed Place application. That application lists studio $1,212, one-bedroom $1,340, one-bedroom-plus $1,400 and two-bedroom $1,758, unlike the June 1 vacancy page’s $1,202/$1,336/$1,350/$1,753. It also lists a $700 security deposit and $500 pet deposit instead of the general vacancy page’s one-month-rent deposit rule. Confirm current rents, deposits and specific available unit directly.
