Reported policy summary	Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority's Facilities directory lists Sedita Apartments under “Senior Developments” at 335 Summer Street, Buffalo, NY 14222. A high-rise with one- and two-bedroom homes, some accessible units, emergency call buttons, first-floor laundry and social/recreational programs. The directory card prints 335 Summer Street, but the linked facility description says 225 Summer Street. Both cannot be silently assigned to one mapped residence; confirm the correct entrance with BMHA. This record is a group or contact lead; its directory reference is not assigned as the street address of a verified single residence. The directory's “Availability” widget is a reservation calendar, not a live apartment-vacancy or housing-waitlist report. The page does not establish a current opening, rent, guaranteed eligibility or conviction-specific screening outcome. Ask BMHA or the current property manager about exact residence, unit type, application process and screening.
