Reported policy summary	San Diego Housing Commission's FY24 affordable-housing annual report identifies Milejo Village (FY24 grand opening November 2, 2023). San Ysidro affordable community developed by Jamboree Housing for families, including households who experienced homelessness. SDHC's release describes 64 affordable apartments with on-site services, 25 units set aside for families experiencing homelessness that include someone with a mental disability, 64 project-based vouchers and a separate manager's unit. The report does not provide a verified single street entrance for this group; do not treat an office or neighborhood reference as a residential map point. The FY24 report and linked SDHC release do not establish a single mapped entrance; confirm its current address and intake with the operator. The reported 64 affordable homes are a historical property count, not a current vacancy or available bedroom inventory. SDHC may have financed or supported a third-party development rather than owning or managing it. Confirm property-specific age/income rules, application and referral paths, waitlist status and criminal-history screening with the current operator.
