John F. Kennedy Terrace: housing details
AMP7 site-based public housing. The 2021 policy describes where site-based public housing lists are organized; it does not advertise vacancies. The authority's current public housing status page says the waiting list is closed, with no reopening date. These sources do not establish how an individual conviction will be screened.

The policy calls this John Kennedy Terrace. The current authority property page identifies the full name John F. Kennedy Terrace at the same Oneida Street address. The reviewed pages do not establish an available unit or property-specific inventory.
Confirm the current application and accommodation requirements with the authority. A building address and site-based policy do not mean its waiting list is accepting applicants.

Listed property contact: 815-727-0614
Main office: 815-727-0611. Its 6 S Broadway Street address is an administrative office, not this rental site.
Application policy versus today
The old policy describes separate site lists, verified admission preferences, date/time order for tied preferences, and one offer of an appropriately sized unit to the next qualified applicant. These rules do not override the current closed-list notice; ask the authority for its latest instructions if a list reopens.
