Some unit rents are calculated based on your income and other unit rents are fixed. Off street parking is available. Each floor has a spacious lobby and laundry facilities. The second floor lobby has a balcony. There is a Community Room, Craft Room, Exercise Room, Game Room, Green Room, Meditation Room, TV Room, Computer Lab, and Beauty/Barber Shop on site too. The building also has vending machines located on the 1st floor. Also there are several services and resources that are provided for the residents at Cherry Court. We have Mobile Market that sells food at a discounted price.
