Reported policy summary	MHA Yonkers' property directory categorizes Curran Court Homes as RAD Property and gives 4 Curran Court, Yonkers, New York. The directory calls this a renovated senior community of three-story elevator buildings with one-bedroom apartments, including eight accessible units, four laundry rooms, a community room, onsite parking and utilities included in rent. The 2025 photo sheet labels the broader site 1–4 Curran Ct and one-bedroom housing for people 62+ and/or people with disabilities. Four Curran Court is only the directory's single reference, not every residence. This is a multi-building group-level listing with no one verified residence address for the whole group; ask the manager for its current building locations. MHA says separately developed affordable properties can be privately managed with site-based application lists (https://www.mhacy.org/housing-programs); a directory category alone does not prove which waitlist or criminal-history policy governs this particular home. MHA's page titled “Waiting List is Open” (https://www.mhacy.org/waiting-list) says its 2025 pre-application round ended March 28, 2025; the heading is NOT evidence of an opening in September 29, 2026. No current vacancy, rent, waitlist opening or felony-specific acceptance has been independently verified. Confirm current eligibility, application route, manager and screening before applying.
