Electricity, heating oil where applicable, water, sewer and garbage are supplied by BIHA; telephone, internet and cable are excluded from that utilities list. Near downtown Sitka, Swan Lake Senior Center and Red Line transit. BIHA says at least 80% of occupied units must have an elderly or near-elderly member and prioritizes verified disabilities for accessible units; the program policy describes limited exceptions when units remain empty. This is not assisted living or an on-site care service. BIHA calls it nonsmoking and says pets need prior approval; ask BIHA about accommodation requests.
