Modern, well-insulated, repainted fourplex apartments. Near Hames Center, Market Center, an elementary school, the Green Line transit stop and Indian River trail. Washer, dryer and refrigerator included; tenants pay utilities separately. BIHA describes them as nonsmoking and no-pets. Ask about current accommodation and assistance-animal rules. The newer Headwaters addition is a separate program in the same wider complex, not a second name for these units.
